How big are the homes?
Interior areas run from 365 sq.ft. for the smallest studio to 1,042 sq.ft. for the largest townhome, with a private patio or balcony on top of that. Studios are 365–475 sq.ft., junior one bedrooms 464–539, one bedrooms 536–605, two bedrooms 629–1,042 and the three bedroom 932.
Do any homes have more than one bathroom?
Yes. Studios, junior one bedrooms and one bedrooms are all one bathroom. Among the two bedrooms, plans D1 to D3 have one bathroom and the E and townhome plans have two. The three bedroom has two.
Which schools is Westward zoned for?
Maple Grove Elementary for kindergarten through grade seven, about a fifteen-minute walk along the Arbutus Greenway, and Magee Secondary for grades eight to twelve, about twelve minutes on foot. Magee is known for its Fine Arts and Music programs and runs BC's only SPARTS program for student-athletes and performing artists.
