Kevin has over 12 years of hands-on experience in Vancouver’s residential leasing and property management industry. He has built and led leasing teams, leased more than 1,500 homes and managed over $1 billion in residential real estate across Greater Vancouver. He knows leasing from the ground up, and at Suited he pairs that experience with today’s AI technology to help building teams respond to leads faster and cut repetitive work.

Walt is an AI engineer with more than 10 years of software engineering experience, including time at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
